You must have found a lower publicly available rate for the same accommodation (ex. the same room category, dates, length of stay, number of guests, cancelations policies, currency and relevant terms and conditions as what is published on regenthotels.com/regent-taipei.) within 24 hours of making your reservation.
Best rate promise does not apply to rates offered by opaque channels that do not provide the name or location of the hotel until a reservation has been made and rates offered on on-request websites on which reservations require time to validate and confirm.
Your claim must be submitted to email@example.com within 24 hours of your confirmed Regent Hotels reservations and at least three working days before your scheduled arrival at the hotel. After your claim is verified, we will refund the difference as a credit to your room account during your stay.
Regent Taipei reserves the right to determine the validity of any claim and whether it meets the Terms & Conditions above. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The credit is not applicable to Room service, Secret Garden, Regent Gift Shop and Banquet Venue.
