Where Imagination Meets Culinary Magic

Come 21 April, we will be launching the Regent Singapore Chef’s Playground, an outlet for our chefs to bring their freshest ideas to the table.

We're kickstarting the programme with our Truffle Ricotta Burnt Cheesecake. Crafted with ricotta seirass, a traditional Piedmontese sheep and cow’s milk cheese, the cake delivers the richness of pure cream on all fronts.

Each cake also comes with a jar of Basilico's prized truffle honey, a knob of fresh black truffle and a truffle shaver; all delivered with our compliments, of course. This way, you'll be able to decide for yourself just how sweet or truffly you'll like your cheesecake to be.

If you find yourself with spare truffle and honey, our chefs recommend saving the truffle in acquerello rice for a heady, truffle-scented risotto and the honey for your next cheese platter. It's a gift that keeps giving.
