Every Sunday | 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. 

Relish a taste of the Big Apple with Singapore’s first adults-only Sunday Cocktail Brunch at Manhattan. Indulge in roving Gin & Tonic, Bloody Mary and Highball trolleys which make their way to you for tableside custom-concoctions of your preferred drinks. Also on the menu are unlimited craft cocktails, boozy milkshakes, beers, wines, seafood, bagels and schmears, and a variety of gourmet hot plates – all served to your table.  

This edition takes cues from New York City's East Village, the epitome of downtown living and the place to people-watch. Enjoy our take on this mid-afternoon affair with latkes, strip steaks and cobblers. 

For a limited time, we are also collaborating with brand ambassadors from renowned distilleries, bringing their concoctions to you via our roving trolleys.

As the sun sets casting a beautiful glow across the late afternoon sky, Manhattan will serve a complimentary warm pastrami sandwich with every drink ordered.

Cocktails from Manhattan's new menu are now available in bottle formats—Birds of a Feather, Appolo, Leather Jacket and Kukuihaele. Satisfaction guarenteed. Free delivery for orders above $100. Minimum delivery order of $30 applies.

Manhattan has also made its Adults-Only Sunday Cocktail Brunch an experience you can now recreate in your own home. It includes your choice of 700ml vodka or gin and Bloody Mary of Red Snapper mix respectively; 200g each of Alaskan King Crabs and Boston Lobster; 200g assorted cold cuts; 200g smoked salmon with capers and red onions; 4 assorted bagels with cream cheese; two mixed salads; 200g whiskey-infused Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Manhattan Steak Sauce; 200g Cajun-roasted Lamb Racks and 1/2kg Sea Salt Milk Caramel Chocolate Passion Fruit Cake. $348 for 2-3 persons. Requires 48 hour advance orders for delivery on weekends only.

For a hassle-free takeaway experience, simply submit your order and payment online, select your desired pick-up date and time, and show up for your pick-up. Orders should be placed at least 45 minutes ahead of pick-up. Guests arriving for pick-up will be eligible for 15 minutes free parking at Regent Singapore's main entrance. Takeaway collection point is located in the hotel lobby. No minimum order for takeaways.

Putting a spotlight on the great whiskies from the United States of America, the bar team has scoured across the world to present a specially curated list of the American spirit, for the imbibing pleasure of serious whiskey drinkers and curious explorers. The collection now features over 220 bottles of whiskies, including a range of rare and collectible ones. All of which is housed in a Whiskey Glasshouse, an elegant space within the Ingredients Room that displays bottles of the exquisite golden-caramel liquid; an arresting showstopper wall of only the finest, that are as visually enticing as they taste.

The Rockefeller Room (seats up to 8 persons - minimum spending of $1,500++)

Hidden behind a “secret” door and lined with ornate marquetry wallpaper tinted in silver blue tones, this uber-luxe space is reminiscent of private New York clubs in the 1920s. Settle into the plush tufted faux steel-blue suede banquette and enjoy this uniquely private experience. A dedicated service station ensures champagne glasses are never empty while our backlit Aged Negroni bottles guarantee you will never be short for inspiration.

The Rockefeller Room + Library (temporarily unavailable for private bookings)

An intimate room for guests looking to escape the energy of the Main Salon, the Library is available in conjunction with the Rockefeller Room for parties exceeding 16 guests. Simply open the “secret” door. Timber paneling and lush green Italian velvet accents evoke quiet sophistication and a relaxed elegance that befits its name. 

The Private Salon (seats up to 8 persons - minimum spending of $1,500++)

Tucked away from the Main Salon, this welcoming space oozes comfort with opulent Italian plum velvets and tan American leather seats amidst custom hand-tufted wool rugs. Be transported to 19th century New York while you sip on Singapore’s finest Bourbon. Perfect for intimate gatherings.

Rusty Cerven, Bar Manager



Hailing from Slovakia, Rusty’s passion began more than 15 years ago when he started working with one of the most respected bartenders and world ambassador of the Aloha philosophy, Stanislav Vadrna. He received his first opportunity as a Bar Manager to tend Paparazzi Bar in Bratislava. In April 2010, Rusty made his foray into the London bar scene when he was invited to join HIX bar and later the renowned Connaught Bar in Mayfair, named World’s Best Bar in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2020. Working alongside top mixologist Ago Perrone, Rusty saw the bar through several notable awards at the Tales of the Cocktail competition, such as Best Hotel Bar 2010 and Best Cocktail Bar 2012.

Two milestone achievements for Rusty happened when he won Bols Around The World Champion in 2013, and also as a pioneering member for The Gibson in London which was shortly ranked #6 in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2016. During the span of his career, Rusty was also heavily involved in consultancy and development work in US and Mexico, from understanding the production and distillation of spirits to searching for new flavours and ingredients. He also developed a bar program for restaurant La Moderna.

Upon arrival to Singapore, Rusty worked on the opening for the 1880 Member’s Club in Robertson Quay before joining Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford, where he assisted in the opening of SKAI Bar and led the Beverage Program for both hotels and various properties across Accor-managed properties in SEA.
