Basilico

Basilico entices with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal and authentic Italian cuisine. Enjoy a dazzling array of signature dishes and sumptuous spreads of antipasti, mains and desserts. Enlivening the dining experience is the theatre of activity surrounding a rotisserie, espresso bar and walk-in wine cellar, and an al fresco dining area on the terrace overlooking the pool. 

Notice 

During this period of phased openings, buffets will not be available at Basilico. Should guests prefer a course-by-course lunch or dinner instead of a la carte orders, antipasti, cheese and desserts will be presented on sharing platters and served to the table at the point of preparation by our chefs. A curated selection of our menu is also available for island-wide delivery and takeaway.

Usher in a long relaxing weekend at Basilico, where you will be warmly welcomed the Italian way - with a classic spritz but with a local twist to celebrate the occasion. As you savour a coursed meal of antipasti, pasta, risotto, mains and dessert, be sure to save room for succulent Black Truffle Honey Caramelised Char Siew. Complimentary portions will be passed around from table to table as our way of paying tribute to our nation on her grand 55th birthday.

Since Basilico's inception in 2008, it has become a stalwart of Italian cuisine. Through its Basilissimo dinners, it has journeyed across the various cities to bring guests authentic representations of regional offerings. This year, as it celebrates its 12th anniversary, it reprises its best-selling signatures from over the years.

Savour a succulent Wagyu Beef Roll stuffed with Smoked Scarmoza Cheese over a Wild Rocket and Cherry Tomato Salad that was developed for Basilico's first year of opening and Chef Luca Beccalli's 12-hour Slow Cooked Ragout and Fontina Cheese Fondue that has stood the test of time. There's also the perennial favourite, Focaccia al Tartufo - crisp truffle focaccia stuffed with three cheeses - a staple at every Basilico dinner.

ISLAND-WIDE DELIVERY AND TAKEAWAY

Daily | 12.00 to 8.30pm

It's the next best thing short of taking our Italian chefs home. Basilico's extensive menu is now available for island-wide delivery and takeaway. Restaurant signatures such as pizzas, oven-baked foccacia with black summer truffles and robiola cheese, and pastas⁠—orechiatte, raviolacci, lagsana and tagliatelle—can all be taken home. Free delivery for orders above $100. Minimum delivery order of $30 applies.  

For a hassle-free takeaway experience, simply submit your order and payment online, select your desired pick-up date and time, and show up for your pick-up. Orders should be placed at least 45 minutes ahead of pick-up. Guests arriving for pick-up will be eligible for 15 minutes free parking at Regent Singapore's main entrance. Takeaway collection point is located in the hotel lobby. No minimum order for takeaways.

Meet Our Chef

Luca Beccalli

Born and raised in a small village in northern Italy, Chef Luca Beccalli brings to his cooking a passion for authenticity and the curiosity to explore, which stems from his love for travelling and discovering new cultures.

In a culinary career that began at the age of 15, Chef Luca honed his skills at various fine dining and casual restaurants across Europe and North America, before making his first foray into Asia as Head Chef of our award-winning flagship Italian restaurant, Basilico. Remaining true to his roots, his stunning creations retain the traditional essence of a dish, home-style cooking delivered with modern flair, and are a vibrant reflection of his personality – young, colourful and Italian!
