Executive Chef Lito Song has racked up more than 20 years of Western cooking experience in five-star international hotels in China and the USA, and is adept at recreating the flavors of many international cuisines.
Whether cooking off-cuts and braised dishes, or concocting curries and fusion food, Chef Lito displays an impressive repertoire of cooking techniques and an incredible appreciation of flavors that hail from all parts of the world. Veal Goulash and Yellow Curry with Prawns are among his favorite dishes to cook, reflecting his global palate. Very health conscious, he also particularly enjoys vegetables cooked in many unique ways.
