Packages start from $800 per table of 10 persons.

MEET THE CHEF

Liu Ching Hai, Executive Chinese Chef

Hailing from Hong Kong, Chef Liu is a veteran with over 20 years of experience in fine Cantonese cuisine. With the "aim to use the freshest and highest grade quality ingredients to create authentic yet innovative dishes", expect a uniquely memorable dining experience at Summer Palace.

Trained under Master Chinese Chefs Fok Wing Tin and Peter Tsang, Chef Liu's repertoire of delectable Cantonese cuisine has been savoured by international dignitaries, diplomats, Hollywood and Hong Kong celebrities; leading him to be recognised for the “Best Culinary Skills Award’’ in a competition hosted by the Hong Kong Tourism Association.

Chef Liu's cooking philosophy stems from bringing diners Canton comfort using the freshest quality ingredients, presenting innovative creations with nuances of traditional Cantonese flavours.
