Shop from an extensive selection of Italian-imported confectioneries, panforte, chocolates, cookies and olive oils. An al fresco dining area is available.
Colazione, the Italian word for “breakfast” consist of fruit tartlets and your choice of illy coffee or tea. Choose between mixed fruit or blueberry tartlet. Highlights include Mixed Berry Salad, Sliced Papaya with Lime, Fresh Fruit Salad and choices of yoghurts

PANINI AND SOUP SET

Knowing no bounds to his creativity, Pastry Chef Alex Chong pushes beyond the norm to deliver innovative dessert masterpieces that will cater to every sweet tooth.
Pastry Chef Alex Chong oversees all aspects of patisserie and baking for Regent Singapore and has also represented Singapore in numerous international competitions, including the worldwide pastry cup competition Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in France. A seeker of perfection and a maestro of creative desserts, bear witness to his culinary vision in the artful creations from his kitchens.
