Jovana Spaic and her team create tailor-made culinary journeys with recommendations from a vast array of appetizers, soups, pastas, and a delicious selection of entrees and flame grilled dishes. Chef Zeljko trained in prestigious hotels and restaurants along the shores of his native Croatia, and at the world-famous Michelin-starred Noma Restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark, which has been consistently ranked as Best Restaurant in the World by Restaurant magazine. His culinary manifesto hinges on a celebration of seasonal and organic ingredients sourced from local gardens and regional producers. His signature menus are based in traditional regional cuisine, featuring classic Montenegrin and Mediterranean dishes prepared in surprising new ways and presented with truly artistic flair.
