A Yoga, Pilates and meditation studio offering daily early morning classes (either 7:45am or 8am) is situated in the center of the spa overlooking the 150-foot central water garden that is flanked by majestic date palms. Private Yoga, Pilates and meditation classes are available upon request or by e-mailing in advance. Additionally, consultations with a private nutrition counselor can be booked at the Spa in Turks and Caicos. Water-based therapies, a full service salon, elegant retail salon, health drinks and plans for a new men's barber shop complete the offerings. A Fitness Center consisting of two treadmills, a cross trainer, elliptical edge and stationary bike, as well as seven weight machines, a rowing machine and free weights is also open to guests between the hours of 6:30am and 10pm daily.
