Catering at Our Turks and Caicos Resort Enhances Events

General Catering Terms:

  • All displays, exhibits and decorations must be free standing without attachment to walls, ceilings or floors and be approved by the resort.
  • All prices are subject to change. An 18% service charge and 10% government tax will apply to all food and beverage menus.
  • Being a small island destination, specific food and beverage may not be available with catering at Turks and Caicos resort. We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or better quality. We will do our best to notify you should this occur.
  • Clients or attendees can not bring their own food or beverage to any catered or banquet Caribbean event at the resort, unless there has been a prior agreement with the resort.  
  • Final minimum number of persons guaranteed must be communicated 72 hours before the day of the Caribbean event. Food and beverage charges will be calculated from this number. Please be aware that a minimum of twenty (20) persons are required for any banqueting function.
  • Menu must be agreed upon and finalized 30 days prior to the event.
