Beijing Restaurant Offers Express Menu

Daccapo is a vibrant, contemporary Italian restaurant that offers chic, yet sophisticated flair. The menus offer genuine and refined Italian cuisine that is impeccably presented and unpretentious. Our menus and wine list can only be described as exclusive boutique samplings of the best Italy has to offer.

Respecting the regions where the dishes originated is part of the restaurant's success; from brick oven gourmet pizzas to hearty, yet subtle osso bucco. One can also find the finest and most delicate fish and pasta preparations. The dishes are personalized and perfected by the creativity and flair of Michelin Star Chef, Mario Cittadini of Italy's Il Postale fame.

Daccapo has prepared a special set lunch menu with choices of appetizers, pastas, pizzas and desserts. Choose any two courses for only RMB 108 per person or choose three courses for only RMB 138 per person.

Taste Italy with Mario Cittadini
Italy's cuisine is as exciting, varied and wondrous as the country itself. Italian cooking is really regional cooking, fiercely individualistic and shaped by local geography, culture and history. The 2010 culinary journey through the regions continues with Dacappo's Michelin Star Chef Mario Cittadini. This June we visit Campania!

July-Liguria
Liguria is the only Italian region that borders the sea to the south, the Alps to the north and the Apennines to the east. It benefits from the temperate climate of the Tyrrhenian Sea and draws protection from the natural barrier of the mountains, preventing the passage of cold winds from the north. This climatic factor together with the historic and commercial tradition of Genoa, home of Columbus, has created a unique gastronomy that harmonizes the products of the sea, the garden and the woods. There is exceptional balance between fresh vegetables, seafood and herbs.

One of the most famous products of Liguria and Genoa is the little plant called basil that some gracious hand has combined with garlic, parmesan cheese, pine-seeds and pure Ligurian extra virgin oil (one of Italy’s most treasured) to create one of the best known products of Genoa and Liguria, the Pesto.
