At both Daccapo and The Bar & Grill, the menus offer sophisticated cuisine, impeccably presented without being pretentious. Here you will not find pages of complicated scientific oddities or vast selections of entrées. No, the menus can only be described as an exclusive boutique where only the very best is on show, hand-picked by experts for your culinary convenience and pleasure. Respecting the regions and countries where the dishes originated are part of the restaurants' success. The dishes are personalised and perfected by the creativity and flare of head Chef de Cuisine, Tobias Gensheimer, the inspiration behind the two restaurants, and his talented team that have worked alongside him since both venues' conception two years ago. German-born Tobias is one of the most talented, unassuming young chefs today and attributes the restaurants' success to the professionalism of the hotel and the passion of his highly regarded team that supports him.

Having worked with acclaimed international chefs such as Manfred Schwarz, Gerd Eis and Stefan Steinheuer, Tobias's culinary knowledge is extensive. With his unique flare, he shows complete respect and understanding for his craft. Tobias offers the contemporary diner "perfection plated" in a recognisable format that allows you the pleasure of savoring every moment.

Daccapo Italian Restaurant has prepared a special set lunch menu with choices of appetizers, pastas or pizzas and desserts. Choose any two courses for only RMB 108 per person, and choose any three courses for only RMB 138 per person.
