Regent Berlin meets Veuve Clicquot at the Summer Lounge Orange
The classy and calm courtyard of the Regent Berlin´s device is all about the “orange” this year. Come in, relax and enjoy, escape from the hustle and bustle of Berlin´s busy streets. Orange trees line the courtyard and offer the right atmosphere for chilled champagne cocktails and light dishes. Strength and joie de vivre are synonymous with the color orange as are coziness and warmth. Inspired by the color orange our head Barkeeper Roland Pröh has designed hot and cold specialties around the orange such as homemade orange-lemonade, orange-iced tea, or our summer drink “Long Basil Orange”. For particularly hot days we highly recommend the punch “Alte Witwe Cliquot” with fresh berries, Île Four Yuzu and Champagne.
Refreshing, light and inspired by the orange are also the dishes and delights from our kitchen: delicacies like the homemade Saffron Salmon with orange vinaigrette, Veloute from Carrots with Orange-Sage-Croutons or Satay from Spring chicken with melted leek and orange sauce are being served. For the dessert and ice cream lovers our homemade specialties will sweeten any sunny afternoon.
