UAE capital Abu Dhabi is the richest and one of the politically important of the seven emirates; producing 90% of the UAE’s oil, 10% of the world’s oil and 5% of the world’s gas supply. It hosts a significant number of international exhibitions and conferences and is being actively promoted as both a tourist and economic hub.
About the hotel
This 47-storey podium-style tower will become a beacon for 21st century hotel design. Located directly opposite the landmark Emirates Palace Hotel in the city’s fashionable Khalidiya district, the hotel-plus-serviced-apartments hotel and residences will visually dominate the coastline and set new standards in contemporary luxury.
Design
Conceived by the award-winning architect Dennis Lems of Dennis Lems Associates in Vienna, whose Abu Dhabi projects include Office C-51 and Office C-112, the Regent Emirates Pearl sits on top of a three-storey podium and has a unique twisting glass exterior. The skyscraper incorporates a rooftop helipad, a fully-glazed reception, lounge and all-day dining floor and each guest room has a balcony with inbuilt sun protection. The interior of the hotel has been designed by the Greek architect Maria Katsarou Vafiadis of MKV Design, London.

Facing Emirates Palace and just thirty minutes away from Abu Dhabi International Airport, the Regent Emirates Pearl is conveniently located close to all major business quarters, shopping malls and attractions. The city centre is just 3 kilometres away and Dubai Airport is less than 2 hours distance.
Accommodation
With an extensive choice of 377 rooms and suites, all offering a balcony and stunning views of the Persian Gulf, the hotel’s Deluxe Guest Rooms, Junior Suite, Royal Suite and Presidential Suite categories provide spacious and grand accommodation for all guests. The 60 luxury serviced apartments offer a choice of layouts for short and long-term rentals with 40 offering a single bedroom and the remainder providing two bedrooms.
