Bespoke Regent Gourmet Gallery is now available at Robin's Teppanyaki!
Last year, Regent Taipei introduces Gourmet Gallery- a brand new dining experience at Robin’s Grill where guests can savor favorite dishes from world-famous chefs, and has become a huge craze amongst food connoisseurs. Due to popular demand, Robin’s Teppanyaki is now presenting ‘UKAI Michelin Feast’ with classic dishes inspired by the only Michelin star-rated Teppanyaki restaurant group from Japan. From now on, guests are able to relish the scrumptious feast at NT$3,800 per person.
The popular Robin’s Teppanyaki has recently assembled an exclusive menu that can be served in a renovated private dining room to satisfy the most particular palate. The menu features famous dishes from Japan’s renowned Michelin star-rated Teppanyaki restaurant group, including tasty appetizers of Hot Foie Gras Jelly with Black Truffle Coulis, Sauteed Daily Catch Fish with Ravigote Sauce, then follow by a creamy soup of Lobster Bisque, UKAI teppanyaki restaurant group’s most popular dish for over 30 years- Steamed Abalone with Black Truffle Sauce. After the Sauternes Garnite is the most anticipated main course of Pan-fried Australian Wagyu Sirloin or Rib Eye Steak with Seasonal Vegetables, or your choice of Pan-fried U.S. Prime Sirloin or Rib Eye Steak with Seasonal Vegetables. The marvelous feast completes with A La Barigoule with Bamboo Shoots, and a flavorful dessert of Black Chocolate and Caramel. This gastronomic offering allows guests the chance to refresh their memory and their palate with a sampling of exquisite cuisine from the most celebrated teppanyaki restaurant group.
