About the hotel

A luxury hotel and residences development in the prime Jalan Ampang commercial and entertainment district of Kuala Lumpur; the Malaysian capital. Of particular note is the Avenue K shopping mall on the lower podium floors, soon to be upgraded to a spacious, high-end Regent Shopping Galleria.
 

Design

Architect James Gibson of DCM Studios Hong Kong has created a 43-storey tower with 238 luxurious guest rooms and suites. The building includes 6 podium levels up the 25th floor and apartments thereafter. The hotel’s interior design is conceived by Yabu Pushelberg and Glenn Pushelberg of Toronto, while the interior design of the Residences is undertaken by Jane Lawrence of Conran & Partners London.
 

Location

The hotel occupies a prime position in the heart of KL’s central business district and is located directly opposite the landmark Petronas Twin Towers.
 

Accommodation

The hotel accommodations will consist of 238 stylishly-appointed guest rooms and suites and in addition, there will be 110 residential keys.
 

Restaurants & Bars

A Lobby Lounge, All Day Dining, Speciality Restaurant,  Lounge Bar and Executive Club Lounge will provide a wide array of fine and informal dining options for guests.

 

Leisure/fitness facilities

A Gymnasium / Health Club with outdoor roof-top pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi facility will be complemented by a luxury Spa with 3 double and 2 single treatment rooms.
 

Ballroom & Meeting Facilities:

The hotel’s Grand Ballroom, which seats 400 guests, will be further enhanced by 3 elegant and well-equipped meeting rooms. A full-service Business Centre with its own dedicated facilities will serve to all adjacent function rooms.
