George Lidicker has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, developing and managing upscale and luxury hotels and resorts throughout the world. He has opened or repositioned more than 25 prominent hotels, resorts, spas and cruise ships, many of which are regularly listed in Travel & Leisure’s prestigious ‘World’s Best Awards’ scheme.
As the founder and President/CEO of Sedona Resorts, George was responsible for the development of several highly-regarded small to medium ‘Resort Master Planned Communities’ within The Americas.
George joined Regent in June 2011, and is currently responsible for overseeing existing operations as well as sourcing potential development, acquisition and management opportunities for Regent Hotels & Resorts in The Americas.
His education includes schooling in the Far East and Switzerland and he also attended Hotel Schools at both Cornell University and Boston University, from which he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
