Development rationale

Current developments include The Pearl Qatar artificial island project and the Qatar-Bahrain Causeway, set to be the world's longest fixed connection. Design
Conceived by the Doha-based Reynante Cumpas of KEO International, the development revolves around a series of modern guest blocks; interconnected to the public areas and set at a maximum 9 storeys high. Interior Designer has been undertaken by DSGN Johannesburg’s Trevor Julius.
Location
Around 6 kilometres from Doha International Airport and less than 3km from the attractive Corniche Waterfront Promenade, the hotel is conveniently close to transport links, local attractions and amenities. Its position close to the commercial district will be a key advantage for business travellers.
