The all-day-dining restaurant‘s concentration on authentic Indonesian and classic dishes; together with some notable pan-Asian specialties, gives Layang Layang a wide-ranging and eclectic menu featuring predominantly locally-sourced products.
Featuring distinctive Indonesian dishes such as Sop Buntut (Indonesian Oxtail Soup), Soto Ayam (Indonesian Chicken Broth) and notable pan-Asian dishes including Singapore Laksa, Vietnamese Pho, Indian spiced breads and selection of curries, Japanese and Chinese noodle dishes amongst others. Layang Layang’s specialties of traditional iced desserts are cendol, es campur and ice kacang.
A fine selection of teas as well as international and distinctive local coffee of Bali Kopi, as well as premium wines, champagne, wines by the glass, classic, contemporary and fresh fruit cocktails.
